- Assisting with accounts payable and/or receivable processes, including reconciliations and control checks.
- Contributing to fixed assets, inventory, and lease accounting activities as they arise.
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with precision and timeliness.
- Helping prepare financial reports, schedules, and documentation for audits.
- Ensuring all work complies with IFRS, internal policies, and company procedures.
- Supporting tax-related accounting requirements when applicable.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who combines technical knowledge with a meticulous approach and the ability to thrive in a structured environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Between 2 and 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in every task.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- The flexibility to work within a multi-layered accounting environment while maintaining focus and professionalism.
Why Royal Jordanian?
Based in vibrant Amman, this role offers the chance to contribute to a proud national carrier with a rich history and a forward-looking vision.
