What Your Day Will Look Like?
- Welcome passengers with genuine warmth, assisting with seating and luggage as they settle in
- Be the reassuring presence throughout the flight – visible, attentive, and ready to help with any request
- Demonstrate safety procedures with confidence and clarity before each departure
- Serve meals and refreshments with the care and attention that reflects our standards
- Handle emergencies calmly should they arise, providing leadership and first aid when needed
- Complete thorough pre-flight checks ensuring everything from safety equipment to special meals is in order
- Manage post-flight procedures ensuring passengers disembark safely and all cabin areas are properly secured
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English – you'll be communicating with an international passenger base
- Excellent communication skills – both speaking and listening
- Customer-focused mindset – you genuinely enjoy helping people
- Professional appearance – well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Strong safety awareness – you understand that security is our top priority
- Good time management – able to balance multiple tasks efficiently
