What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Help customers book, change, or cancel their travel plans using your GDS expertise
- Guide passengers through check-in, boarding passes, and luggage procedures
- Become a travel expert who knows schedules, fares, and policies inside out
- Solve travel puzzles – from seating preferences to complex itineraries
- Ensure every passenger leaves our counter feeling well taken care of
- Maintain security standards while handling passenger information
What You Bring to Our Team?
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a ticketing department (this is essential)
- GDS mastery – advanced skills in both Amadeus and Galileo systems
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Natural communicator who explains complex travel details clearly
- Problem-solving mindset that enjoys finding solutions
- Detail-oriented approach – you catch the small things that matter
- Customer-first attitude – you genuinely want to help people travel well
- Tech-savvy skills with Microsoft Office and travel software
