What You'll Be Doing?
As our Senior Airport Services Agent in Cairo, you'll wear multiple hats:
- Lead customer service operations across check-in, boarding, special services, and our Emirates Lounge
- Guide and mentor team members to maintain our renowned service standards
- Handle complex passenger situations with professionalism and care
- Oversee Emirates Chauffeur Drive services for eligible passengers
- Manage baggage operations and assist with claims or special handling
- Support ticketing and reservation functions when needed
- Ensure all safety, security, and operational procedures are followed meticulously
- Cover supervisory duties and prepare comprehensive flight briefings
What You Bring to Emirates?
- Minimum 3 years' airline industry experience – this is essential
- Educational foundation: O level or equivalent qualification
- Professional training in Customer Services, Ground Operations, and Reservations/Fares & Ticketing
- Technical proficiency with Departure Control and Computerized Reservation Systems
- Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) plus strong local language abilities
- Microsoft Office competence for daily operational tasks
- Right to live and work in Egypt – this is mandatory
- Proven track record in check-in procedures and customer service delivery
