- University graduate (degree in any field)
- Age: Up to 28 years young
- Height: Minimum 160 cm, with ability to reach 212 cm (for overhead compartments)
- Proportional weight to height
- Fluent English – both speaking and writing
- Additional languages are a definite advantage
- Professional appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor
