Who We're Looking For?
We welcome Egyptian nationals with:
- A bachelor's degree (essential for all positions)
- Fluent English – this is how we connect with our international passengers
- Additional language skills in German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Russian (these give you a real advantage!)
- A professional, well-groomed appearance that represents our airline with pride
- BMI up to 27 and age requirements specific to each role:
- Initial Cabin Crew: Maximum 30 years
- Experienced Cabin Crew: Maximum 35 years
- Pursers: Maximum 40 years
- For our experienced team members: If you're applying as Experienced Cabin Crew or Purser, an A320 type rating is preferred and you'll need to attach your ECAA license with your application.
