What You'll Be Doing?
Check-In & Documentation:
- Verify passports, visas, and travel documents to ensure everything's in order
- Process flight reservations and help passengers with seat selection
- Issue boarding passes and baggage tags with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle baggage fees and explain luggage policies clearly
Boarding & Passenger Assistance:
- Manage the boarding process smoothly with clear announcements
- Assist passengers with special needs like wheelchair service or special meals
- Handle boarding issues calmly and professionally
- Keep flight crews updated on passenger counts and special requirements
Customer Service Excellence:
- Answer passenger questions about baggage rules, security procedures, and flight information
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining your composure
- Handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy
- Stay calm and professional during busy periods and flight delays
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all safety and security protocols meticulously
- Report any unusual activity or security concerns immediately
- Ensure compliance with both airline and airport regulations
What We're Looking For?
- Maximum 30 years of age
- University graduate
- Strong English skills – speaking, writing, and reading
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience with airlines or ground handling services
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word)
