Your Role: Keeping Airport Operations on Track
As our Senior Traffic Officer, you will be the backbone of our passenger handling operations at the airport. From overseeing check-in and boarding to managing gate activities, your focus will be on creating a seamless experience for our passengers while ensuring that every flight departs on time. You'll be the calm presence who handles passenger concerns with care, coordinates with ground handling partners, and keeps everything moving safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Supervising daily check-in, boarding, and gate operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to schedule
- Monitoring passenger flow and working proactively to prevent delays or bottlenecks
- Addressing passenger inquiries and special service requests with professionalism and empathy
- Liaising closely with ground handling teams and internal operations to coordinate all aspects of the passenger journey
- Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and aviation standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in airline or airport operations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as airport operations demand
