Your Role in the Cockpit
As a First Officer with Nesma Airlines, you will play an integral part in ensuring every flight operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with civil aviation regulations. Working alongside experienced Captains and a dedicated crew, you'll contribute to the smooth execution of both scheduled and charter operations. Your technical expertise, sound judgment, and ability to communicate clearly will be essential as you help navigate our routes across the region and beyond.
We are looking for pilots who take pride in their craft—individuals who approach each flight with focus, discipline, and a genuine commitment to safety above all else.
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Have accumulated a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours
- Be type-rated on the Airbus A320
- Demonstrate proficiency in English at ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a team
