This isn't just about crunching numbers – it's about contributing to our growth story. You'll be handling multi-entity transactions, working with multiple currencies, and supporting our month-end processes, all while being part of a dynamic team that values accuracy and initiative.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Process vendor invoices efficiently and accurately, keeping everything running smoothly
- Manage daily data entry and maintain our financial records, primarily working in Excel
- Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and general ledger entries
- Handle accounting for multiple entities and group-level transactions
- Work with multi-currency transactions and support reconciliation processes
- Properly classify costs and allocate expenses across departments
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Maintain organized vendor records and documentation
- Support audit preparations by ensuring everything is properly documented
- Uphold compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
We're Looking For Someone With:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills – you're comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data cleaning
- Working knowledge of accounting systems (Oracle NetSuite experience would be great)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proven experience processing high volumes of vendor invoices efficiently
- 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience (experience in a fast-growing, multi-entity company is a big plus)
- Experience with multi-company transactions and group-level accounting
- Solid understanding of multi-currency accounting and reconciliations
- Good grasp of expense allocation and cost categorization principles
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
- Professional certifications like ACCA, CPA, or CMA are beneficial but not essential
