What You'll Be Doing?
- Partner with leaders across Air Cairo to understand team dynamics and development needs
- Design and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness
- Help build a workplace culture that supports both individual growth and company success
- Analyze organizational structures and processes to recommend improvements
- Facilitate meaningful conversations between teams and departments
- Support our airline's growth by ensuring our people systems grow with us
What You Bring to Our Team?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in organization development or a closely related field
- Strong command of English – you'll be working in a dynamic international aviation environment
- Excellent communication skills that build trust and understanding
- Natural ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of our organization
- Genuine passion for people and what makes teams work well together
