What You'll Be Doing?
- Partner with hiring managers across Air Cairo to understand their team needs and recruitment goals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Source and engage with talented candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best cultural and skill fits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the aviation industry
What You Bring to Our Team?
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience – you know the ins and outs of talent acquisition
- Excellent English skills – you communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong relationship-building abilities – you connect naturally with people at all levels
- A genuine passion for people development – you care about matching the right person with the right role
- Organizational skills – you manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
