What You'll Be Doing?
You'll be the right hand to our CEO, ensuring their schedule, communications, and administrative needs are handled with precision and discretion. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally
- Document Preparation: Draft reports, prepare presentations, and take accurate meeting minutes
- Department Coordination: Follow up with various departments to ensure tasks and decisions are implemented
- Confidentiality: Maintain sensitive documents and information with the highest level of discretion
- Event Support: Assist in organizing board meetings and executive events
We're Looking For Someone With:
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Excellent English skills – both written and spoken
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or executive support
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset
