We're looking for a Ramp Assistant to join our Dubai team – someone who understands that precision on the ground creates excellence in the air. What You'll Be Doing?
As part of our ramp operations team, you'll be the backbone of our ground services:
- Luggage Handling: Carefully receive and manage passenger luggage, double-checking tags for accuracy
- Flight Documentation: Log flight information with precision and attention to detail
- Aircraft Services: Provide water and other essential services to aircraft as required
- Crew Coordination: Respond promptly to requests from flight captains and crew members
- Safety First: Follow all documented procedures to maintain our high safety standards
- Team Support: Take on additional duties as needed to support our operations
What We're Looking For?
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in aviation ramp operations
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Solid mechanical knowledge of aircraft and ground equipment
