    What You'll Be Doing?

    • Be the helpful voice that answers passenger inquiries about flights, holidays, and services
    • Process bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and care

    • Help travelers discover additional services that enhance their journey (like extra baggage or holiday packages)
    • Work collaboratively with our Bahrain-based team to maintain our high service standards

    What We're Looking For?

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

    Language Skills: Strong English skills are essential; Arabic is a significant advantage

    Technical Ability: Comfortable learning new computer systems (we'll train you on our specific tools)
