What You'll Be Doing?
- Prepare and serve premium coffee and beverages for guests in our Abu Dhabi terminal
- Check daily flight schedules to anticipate service needs throughout the day
- Welcome guests at reception with warm hospitality and professional service
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards for all food and beverage displays
- Manage stock levels and notify supervisors when supplies are running low
- Ensure all workstations remain clean, organized, and ready for service
- Handle guest requests and questions with knowledgeable, helpful responses
- Support your team members during busy periods and coverage breaks
Who We're Looking For?
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or official certification
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, database management)
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience in customer-facing roles
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Hotel and/or food & beverage background required
Your Coffee Skills Should Include:
- Expert coffee preparation techniques
- Milk texturing and latte art proficiency
- Equipment handling and grinder calibration knowledge
- Understanding of different coffee beans and blends
- Recipe consistency and quality control
