What You'll Be Doing?
- Be the Voice of Beond: Handle guest inquiries through phone, email, and live chat – always with that signature Beond warmth and professionalism
- Travel Expert: Provide accurate information about our flights, destinations, and premium services
- Problem Solver: Help guests with booking changes, special requests, or any concerns that arise
- Experience Builder: Document feedback and work with our teams to constantly elevate our service
- Team Player: Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, luxurious guest journeys
Who You Are?
- You have customer service experience (contact centre background is essential)
- Travel industry experience is a definite plus – you understand how special journeys should feel
- You communicate with clarity and care in English (additional languages are wonderful)
- You're tech-savvy and can navigate computer systems with ease
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities
- You're a natural problem-solver who genuinely enjoys helping people
- You're flexible with scheduling (we operate across time zones, so evenings and weekends are part of the role)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required (hospitality or related degree is a bonus)
- Proven customer service experience in a contact centre setting
- Experience as a travel consultant is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills and CRM familiarity
