    Your Role: The Face of Royal Jordanian at the Airport

    As a Passenger Service Agent, you are the heartbeat of our airport operations. From the moment passengers arrive at check-in to their final steps toward boarding, you ensure every interaction is smooth, welcoming, and professional. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities—processing check-ins, managing boarding, assisting with baggage, and supporting passengers through every step of their journey. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly will make all the difference, especially when flights are delayed or situations become complex. In this role, you're not just processing passengers—you're representing Royal Jordanian's legacy of hospitality.

    What You'll Do Daily?

    • Welcome passengers at check-in, ensuring they are processed efficiently and kindly within required timeframes.
    • Keep check-in areas organized and fully equipped with all necessary safety and security materials.
    • Manage boarding procedures with care, giving special attention to Crown Class travelers and passengers with reduced mobility or specific needs.
    • Make clear, timely announcements to keep everyone informed and at ease.
    • Handle baggage check-in and transfers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
    • Assist passengers with baggage claims, including lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, following airline guidelines with empathy and accuracy.
    • Prepare and maintain all required tags, forms, and documentation.
    • Support passengers during delayed flights, following procedures while offering reassurance and assistance.
    • Consistently deliver service with a smile, ensuring passengers feel valued and cared for.

    What We're Looking For?

    • A Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
    • Solid computer skills and comfort with airport systems.
    • A keen awareness of quality and security standards.
    • The ability to work gracefully under pressure in a busy airport environment.
    • Genuine customer service orientation—you actually enjoy helping people.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a shifting environment.
