At Royal Jordanian Airlines, we're looking for someone to join our Amman team as an Airport Services Agent – someone who understands that travel can be stressful and wants to be the friendly, competent face that puts passengers at ease.

    This role is ideal for someone just starting their career in aviation (0-4 years experience) or for those with a passion for tourism and customer service. You'll be trained in all aspects of airport operations, from the moment passengers arrive at check-in to when they board their flight. What we care about most isn't extensive experience, but rather your attitude, your attention to detail, and your genuine desire to help people.


    What Your Day Will Look Like?

    You'll be at the heart of our airport operations in Amman, where you'll:

    • Welcome passengers and handle check-ins efficiently, ensuring everyone gets through smoothly
    • Operate check-in counters with all necessary safety and security procedures properly displayed
    • Assist with boarding processes, giving special attention to our Crown Class passengers and those needing extra help
    • Make important flight announcements clearly and promptly
    • Handle baggage procedures – from check-in to transfers, and even managing any claims for lost or delayed items
    • Prepare all necessary travel documents and tags before flights depart
    • Support passengers during flight delays, following our established procedures to minimize inconvenience
    • Be the friendly, problem-solving presence that turns stressful travel moments into positive experiences

    What You Bring to Our Team?

    • Education background in Tourism Management or a related field (a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory)
    • 0 to 4 years of experience – we're happy to train the right candidate
    • Strong English skills – you'll be communicating with international travelers daily
    • Basic computer proficiency – you'll learn our specific systems
    • A sharp eye for quality and security – aviation is all about getting the details right
    • Grace under pressure – airports are dynamic environments that require calm professionalism
    • Natural customer service ability – you genuinely enjoy helping people
