Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
You'll be at the heart of airport operations, ensuring every passenger's journey starts smoothly:
- Passenger Processing: Handle ticket acceptance, check-in procedures, and issue boarding passes
- Baggage Services: Accept luggage, issue baggage tags with proper flight information, and manage lost luggage assistance
- Flight Operations: Manage boarding processes and meet-and-assist services for special passengers
- Flight Coordination: Handle flight closure activities and manage irregular operations when disruptions occur
- Customer Care: Be the helpful, professional face that passengers remember
What You'll Bring to Our Team?
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0 to 3 years of experience in aviation, customer service, or related areas (fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Excellent English skills – this is essential for our international operations
- Bonus points if you graduated from a foreign language school
- Must reside in neighborhoods surrounding Cairo Airport – this is important for shift work and quick commute
